
Crispy keto crackers
These crispy keto crackers are perfect for healthy snacking as they are low in carbs and full of all the good fats! We usually have them with guacamole or hummus but you can choose any vegan dip you like really. Having healthy snacks on hand is really important in those difficult times – especially if you are home all day. So why not make them ourselves? I promise, they are super easy to make, cheap and long-lasting: what you need are just seeds and nutritional yeast!

Ingredients
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup seed mix
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined

Put the dough on a piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and flatten with a spoon (just a little bit!)

Now roll out the dough with a rolling pin and try to make it very thin, ideally no more than 25mm

Using a large knife, pre-cut the dough into large squares

Transfer the whole sheet to a baking tray and bake for 20/25 minutes

Remove from the oven, cut the dough into the pre-cut crackers and enjoy!
