Sugar free raspberry jam with chia seeds

Who said jam has to be full of sugar?! Not us for sure: today, in fact, we are going to make sugar-free raspberry jam! This jam contains zero sugar and it’s made with only a few ingredients: raspberries, blueberries, some stevia and few tablespoons of chia seeds. It’s the perfect topping for pancakes or peanut butter toasts and it’s so tasty that you won’t buy jam in supermarkets anymore! Can’t believe it? Try out the recipe below and let us know! 🙂

sugar free raspberry jam

Ingredients

2 cups raspberries
1 cup blueberries
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp stevia
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Put the raspberries and blueberries in a pan and mash them with a fork

Add the water and bring to boil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes

Remove from the heat and add the stevia, vanilla extract (optional) and chia seeds. Stir until well combined

Set aside and let cool for at least 45 minutes. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge for a maximum of 10 days
